The booking form provided must be completed with all of the relevant details, paying particular attention to the car registration, occupancy number, and details of everyone staying.
A non-returnable deposit of £100.00 is to be paid at the time of booking (we will honour the deposit, if the holiday is to be cancelled, up to a year after the original date of holiday). The outstanding balance of the booking is to be paid six weeks prior to arrival.
A booking cancelled after the full payment has been made will only be refundable if the cottage can then be rebooked. We will deduct a £50.00 administration fee from the balance as well as the £100.00 deposit. Therefore, we advise you to take out holiday cancellation insurance.
