Cottage Information

• We take holiday bookings all year round, including Christmas and the New Year, with ‘Out of Season Short Breaks’ available between November and March excluding national holidays.

• All cottages are No Smoking. • Springhill, Copywell and Croft Cottage are booked weekly Saturday to Saturday. The Bothy and The Hemmell are booked Friday to Friday, except for ‘Out of Season Short Breaks’ when bookings can be taken on any day of the week.

•New arrivals are requested to defer arrival until after 4pm on the first day and to depart by 10am prompt on the day of departure.

• Pets are welcome, although there is a surcharge per pet and a maximum of 2 per cottage.

• All cottages are cleaned between lets and guests are asked to leave them as found. No extra charge is made for cleaning except in exceptional circumstances.

• Springhill, Copywell and Croft Cottage have electric night store heating open coal fires and electric cookers. The Bothy and The Hemmell have under floor heating, log burning stoves and electric cookers, the cost of electricity is included in the rent.

• All cottages have fuel provided within the rent.

• Each Cottage has its own private enclosed garden and patio area. There is a separate large grassed area next to the cottages for children to let off steam! There is plenty of room for two cars per cottage in the parking area.

• Duvets and bed linen and towels are supplied.

• All living rooms are equipped with colour TV, Digi-box, video/DVD player.

•The Bothy and The Hemmell also have digital Freeview, telephone and wired/wireless broadband access to the Internet.

•The kitchens are equipped with electric cookers, fridges, freezer, microwave, toaster and washing machine. An electric tumble dryer is available nearby The Bothy and The Hemmell also have a dishwasher and tumble dryer

• There is also a storage area available for bicycles.
