A no-returnable deposit of three nights fees is to be paid at the time of booking (we will honour the deposit, if the holiday is to be cancelled, up the a year after the original date of holiday) the outstanding balance of the holiday is to be paid six weeks prior to arriving.
A booking cancelled after the full payment has been made will only be refunded if the pitch can be rebooked. We will deduct a £20.00 administration fee as well as the original deposit from the balance. Therefore, we advise you to take out holiday cancellation insurance.
We do not accept single large single sexed parties.
Arrival time is from 1pm and your site must be vacated by 12noon on the day of your departure. We will be within our rights to ask you to leave the site if any complained from other holiday makers are justified (noise levels, rowdiness etc)
Dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times.
